WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our in-house team of leadership services consultants work alongside our search consultants to provide psychometric assessment, coaching, board review, team development and consultancy solutions to UK and international assignments. We work through building strong relationships with our clients rather than a typical transactional consulting approach. Saxton Bampfylde clients work at senior levels across Not for Profit, Education, Government, Regulatory sectors as well as FTSE PLCs. We are now looking for a consultant who has the ambition to help grow the business and the rigour to deliver our work effectively.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will be BPS Test User qualified in cognitive ability and personality assessments, preferably with experience of Hogan. You should have a strong track record of delivering assessments at Board level and be comfortable writing psychological reports of the highest standard to senior leaders across sectors. You also need experience and a keen interest in business development, both through internal consultants and direct client management. Ideally you will have extensive experience designing and delivering organisational development or learning and development projects. You should be able to balance delivery with business development.
