This workshop tackles the ever current topic of change and transformation in business, with a new perspective. Catherine Hayes, managing partner at Transition Dynamics will be leading the workshop and exploring the research around business and clinical psychology that informs Transition Leadership. 

The content of this workshop is based on 23 years of Participatory Action Research projects, inquiring into effective organisational and change leadership practices of over 2,500 business professionals in the financial and healthcare industries.  The results have been cross referenced with four years of study of Buddhist philosophy and 20 years of studying a broad range of business and clinical psychological approaches and theories. 

 

Details

Navigating and leading successful transformations requires working with the emerging complexities and ambiguities of an impermanent landscape. This workshop focuses on the needs of the participants in the context of Navigating Transitions.  

The research, frameworks and methods used during the training will serve as points of discussion and exploration. All the exercises have been designed to support participants to inquire and relate to their own personal experiences, including their application in leadership and organisational effectiveness.

Facilitator

Catherine Hayes

Catherine is a specialist organisation development consultant who has focused her career on supporting and facilitating growth, change and transformation within large blue-chip organisations. She has 17 years experience in the global financial sector – investment, retail, asset and investment management. She also works more broadly across health, retail sectors and has extensive experience of working in the US, Asia Pacific and Europe.

Catherine is a member of the visiting Faculty of Management at CASS Business School, where she lectures and coaches in Leadership Transition Capabilities and is one of the co-founders of the Cass Transition Network.
