I’ll be arriving by train. How do I get to the venue?
Wokefield Park is a short drive from Reading train station, where you will easily be able to pick up a taxi.
However, if we know we have enough people coming in from Reading on the Thursday afternoon and Friday morning, we will look to put on some form of Shuttle Service. If you would like to register for this service please email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with ‘Shuttle Service’ in the subject line and tell us what day you will be arriving and on which train.
I won’t be able to make the start time
That’s okay, we realise you may have other commitments before you can come and fully indulge your inner psychology geek. The Timetable has been designed to allow for people arriving a little bit late, and to make sure that if you are, you definitely won’t miss out on the Keynote speeches.
I can’t make it to the Conference for all three days
No problem at all. For the first time this year, we have clearly outlined how you can join us for just one or two days of the Conference. More information is available under the ‘’Sign me up” tab.
I have special dietary requirements

I’d like a double room as I’ll be attending the Conference with a partner
The more the merrier. A reduced rate on the Conference price is available for those booking a double room. Please contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and we’ll advise you of the amended rate and make the arrangements for you.
A round of golf on the Saturday afternoon sounds good. How do I arrange this?

Wokefield Park looks lovely. Can I stay on for another night?
We see no reason why not! Drop us an email at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and we’ll get the extra night added on to your booking. All we ask is that you settle the bill for the extra accommodation with the hotel directly.
I’m not a member of the ABP, is that a problem?
No, not at all. We can arrange your membership of the Association at the same time you book your Conference ticket, which is only £30 per year.
